Aleksandra Dashevskaya

Born in Moscow

In 2007 she began studying on the Directing faculty of the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS), studio of D. Krymov and E.Kamenkovich (Art Department).
Twice laureate of the contest "Student Spring": Gogol's "The Old World Landowners," 2009. Platonov's "The Third Son," 2010.
In 2010, designed Sheridan's "The School for Scandal" at the Educational Theatre of GITIS, directed by Eugene Kamenkovich.

In 2010, participated in an exhibition of young artists in the "New Manege" during "Museum Night" (Moscow).
In 2011, together with Alina Brovina has designed the performance "Babushki" [grandmothers] in theater "Praktika," (Moscow) directed by Svetlana Zemlyakova.
In 2011, designed the play "Andrew Platonov: An Everyday Case" in the center of  Vs. Meyerhold  (Moscow), directed by Anastasia Imamova.
In 2011, together with Valentina Ostankovich and Philip Vinogradov, designed "Gorbunov and Gorchakov" in theater "Sovremenik" (Moscow), directed by Eugene Kamenkovich.

 

Participant in productions "Katerina's Dreams" and "A Story: Dido & Aeneas".
